"Risqué":
The first issue highlights the roots of Trinidad and Tobago's Canboulay/ Carnival culture. The coloured community of Trinidad and Tobago fought bitterly to celebrate carnival the way they saw fit.
A series of portraits taken by the Trinidadian photographer Derwin Howell, of the People of Trinidad and Tobago, during the carnival season. He has the ability of capturing the innate energy that exists within these people, his photography only accentuates their vivacious and liberating energies through the scope his lens.
